Spring Cleaning
Literally, that is how it can be translated in english....
every year, on the 5th day of the 4th month in lunar calendar, we chinese (buddhist/taoist) has this practise of visiting the grave of the ancestors....
to pray, to clean, and to honour our beloved one...
Here are some shots.....
A "panaroma" on the cemetary...
look like terraces house
Like normal house, some like it to be painted differently
Some like it to be on a slope....
Food Offerings and material offerings
Food offering for the "God of earth"
Paper money for the beloved one...
Colourful papers are scattered/placed/decorated
Some different view....
