Roasted whole piglet is a chinese delicacy for important dinner, especially for the WEDDING DINNER. Not much meat on this fellow...thus the skin and the fat are what the chinese loved... crispy and oily. Expensive caused is not easily available... cruel...perhaps, but this is Asia and we are chinese... hehehehe...  Posted by Picasa
