the brightly aura of the city in the background....draw the attention from the almost pitch dark of the foreground....
i like the way all the lights form kind of an orange layering atop the low rise buildings...

isatz-> yes it is....KL, the capital...and the twin towers are the one in our last posts....which is a close-up version of it...

nick : nope no enhancement. This is as it is.
isatz : yupp the dot of light (brightest) is the KL tower.
