KLCC with water park 
There is this 5o-acre public park and this water fun park is just one of them.
Admission is free and on weekends and school holidays you can see hundreds of kids playing around.

metallyptica-> yes....free of charge... but nothing much...just some pools...and water cascading... no fancy rides or slide...hehehehhehe
but it is still FREE!
I don't like that fancy rides or slides... in fact I'm damn afraid of that... and you're wondering why, right?! Because when I was a kid there was a very serious problem in such a pool and 2 kids drowned inside the pool (they were sucked inside the system and couldn't escape the water) that freaked me out so much I never went to such a pool. I just use regular pools.
